We currently ship to a selected list of countries available at checkout.
If your country isn’t listed or available at checkout, just email us at shop@mellowplayground.com — we’ll do our best to find a delivery solution for you.
Processing & Delivery Times

All orders are processed within 1–5 business days after purchase.

You’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking details once your order ships.

Delivery times depend on your location and the selected shipping method.
Please note that weekends, public holidays, or high-demand seasons may slightly extend delivery times.
Shipping Fees & Free Shipping
Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on your destination, order size, and total amount.
Any free shipping offers or promotions will also appear automatically if your order qualifies.
You’ll always see the final shipping cost before confirming your order — no hidden fees, no surprises.
Shipping Outside the EU
If your order is shipped outside the European Union, please note:

Delays caused by customs clearance are outside our control.
Order Changes, Cancellations & Returns

You can request to cancel your order within 14 days of purchase, as long as it hasn’t been shipped.

You can return your order within 30 days of receiving it, following our Return & Refund Policy.
